One small pot with a lid,
Grapes,
Satsumas (peeled and separated)
Strawberries
Sliced apples
Pineapple (cut into suitable sized pieces)
Sliced pears
Melon (cut into suitable sized pieces)
Choose any three of the above and fill the pot with the fruit Use a different selection of fruit each day, so your child doesn’t know what the pot will contain.
Fruit that is cut, sliced, peeled will make it easier for a child to eat. A child will loose interested if they have to spend time peeling. You could include sliced banana. Make sure the pot is air tight to avoid cut fruit turning brown.
