Ingredients
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon oil
10 ½ oz can of condensed chicken noodle soup
¼ pint of milk
1 level teaspoon mild curry powder
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
pepper and salt to taste
8 oz frozen peas, sweetcorn and peppers
4 oz cooked chicken
Method
Fry the onion in the oil for 3 – 5 minutes, stir in the rest of the ingredients. Heat to just below simmering and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with warm French bread.
