Cheesy Leek and Potato
tbsp olive oil
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 small leak, finely chopped
I medium potato, peeled and diced
4 tbsp baby’s usual milk
15g Cheddar cheese, grated
- Gently fry the onion and leek, in the olive oil for approximately 5 minutes.
While this is cooking boil the diced potato in a small saucepan until soft and then drain, leaving a small amount of water. Add to the leek and onion.
- Puree or mash with the milk.
- Stir in the grated Cheddar cheese, allow it to melt, cool and serve.
