My daugher is a very poor eater. She will only eat current buns and spaghetti hoops although I have tried a huge variety of foods with her. We have tried making the food interesting and colourful but to no avail. Any tips?
It is not unusual for children to develop likings for certain foods. Keep adding things to the meals and eventually your child will find other foods she likes. You dont mention if your child likes fruit, if so make sure it is cut into bite sized pieces for small hands, children are more likely to enjoy foods they can easily pick up such as grapes and strawberries. Speghetti is full of complex carbohydrates which release caloreis slowly, thus maintaining energy and concentrations levels.
