Situated within Furtherwick Park school, we are at the heart of the local community shopping area, with easy access by car, on foot or by public transport.
We have a well established, trained staff and volunteers, who can deliver our promise of quality childcare and family support in a relaxed and friendly environment.
We have great links with organisations such as health, team around schools, National Childminding Association, along with 14 other schools and nursery’s on Canvey and can offer a wide and varied programme of activities for children whatever their background or circumstances.
Working in partnership with Furtherwick Park School we have use of the swimming pool, sports hall, drama studio, I.T suite, kitchens, dance studio and music room which gives our children/young people the opportunity to take part in a lot more activities.
Working with extended schools we are able to develop new opportunities for the children and families that would be unaffordable. Extended schools funded coaches to London within the play schemes giving children a wonderful opportunity to visit museums and other places of interest.
Every child and family matters to us, we want them to have an enjoyable experience in our Children’s Centre and consistently work to achieve in the key areas of Health, Early Years Education, work and training, enjoyment and achievement, staying safe and making a positive contribution.
